A few weeks ago, following SecretShow, 40 comics lined up at Vulcan Gas Company to perform 3 minutes for the chance to be a Door Guy at Joe Rogan's much anticipated comedy club in Austin, Comedy Mothership. Auditioners included local Austin favorites, Lukas McCrary, Sam Lopez, Christina Mariani, Darian Irwin, Jared Nathan, Tre Pack, Arielle Isaac Norman, Jason Rodriguez, Jordan Shelby, Fuzzy Khilji, Adam Luckey, John Hoeft, Dan Pyatetsky, Nicholas Ceppaglia, Andre Ricks, David Flores, Sam Prickett, Molly Vivent, Melissa Diaz, Markus Olind, and Kelsey (Yonder) Hudgins. Stand out performances included Genivive, Jon Carden, Bianca Parato, Mike Eaton, CJ Landry, Liz Splatt, and Casey Rocket. We can't wait to see who gets picked as the inaugural door guys for the brand new club opening on 6th street in the old Alamo Drafthouse Ritz building in the next few weeks.
