Chelsea Handler, D. L. Hughley, Leslie Jones, John Leguizamo, Kal Penn, Wanda Sykes and Marlon Wayans will also guest host the show.

Roy Wood Jr., Ronny Chieng, Desi Lydic and Jordan Klepper, are expected to get the chance as well.
