Jo Koy donates concrete road, facilities to a high school in the Philippines

Filipino American comedian Jo Koy visited the Philippine city of Bacolod last week for the inauguration of a road he donated. Koy, who was born Joseph Glenn Herbert, arrived in the Philippines on Dec. 28 , 2022, for a family vacation. On Friday, he traveled to the village of Alangilan to witness the launch of the completed road, according to reports.
